Colour variation defect in injection molding

 Hi friends many times we face problems in plastic parts regarding colour variation . Now the question arises why is this happen .why the same material and same amount produces equal amount of colour it is generally happens due to  masterbatch that we mix in material .first a fall we have to use same grade and same company master batch if possible.and mix it very well with material  in proper amount . #injectionmolding #whatissuckback #drooling #plasticprofessional #polymer #processengineer #production #engineer

Actually using masterbatch is very cheaper than using the same colour material which is about to little costly  hence

 Good morning dosto Suck back , Naam se hi lag rha hai ki koi cheez suck ho rhi hai yani kheechi ja rhi hai . Suck back ka matlab hua peeche ki taraf kheechna  .  Actually jab plastic melt material mold me inject ho jata hai aur injection ke baad holding  complete ho jati hai tab part cooling zone me jata hai aur isi waqt refilling bhi sath sath hoti rhti hai refilling poori hone k baad screw straight direction me back hota hai utne mm jitna set kiya jata hai.
