Types and function of injection molding machine

.today I am going to discuss about types of injection molding machine based on functional mode.

There are 3 types of injection molding machines function mode.

1. Manual -in this mode every step of processing is totally depend on oprator's skill .

2. Semi auto injection molding machine mode _ machine runs by itself but part ejection  is done by operator.

3. Fully auto injection molding machine- in this type machine whole sequence including part ejection is done by machine.

Lets discuss the function of injection molding machines

There are two types of functions that injection molding machine performs

1. Primary function

2. Secondary function

In primary function there are few steps  which are as below

1.Injection

2.plasticizing

3.packing and holding

4.cooling

5.Ejection.

In secondary functions machine performs

1.Core setup

2.Mold Height Adjustment
